In this video, we’ll give you the step by step guide on how to design, edit, and laser engrave any image of your choice using a CO2 laser. We start by picking out the desired image, in this case, a jaguar, and import it into Procreate® software. Using this application, we established the entire design of the woodworking project. With the completed digital artwork, we head over to Adobe® Illustrator to convert the design into a vector file which is then ready to be moved into Lightburn®. This is where final cut settings and measurements are applied. Lastly, we demonstrate uploading the file onto the SmartShop® Laser|EX where we select the file and finish the jaguar engraving.
