Once you have placed an order for a Laguna Tools product, you will be contacted the next business day by phone or e-mail. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and for you to get the most out of your product. Our online sales representatives will review your order and contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Non-Freight Orders (Under 70lbs.)
All orders placed on Amazon will be shipped standard ground. If you would like your products to be shipped expedited, please note this in the comment section of the order. Additional charges will apply.
FREE Shipping Offers
FREE shipping includes standard freight and small package shipping in the contiguous 48 states ONLY (no island or remote delivery). This cannot be combined with any other offer. Lift-gate delivery and delivery notification is not included in this offer – the cost for these services will be $60.
Laguna Tools uses pre-screened carriers that can accommodate residential and industrial delivery. We pass on our high volume discounts to our customers to make the freight affordable and trouble-free. A Video Link will be e-mailed to you the next business day for you to review as to how your product delivery by truck will take place.
The process is relatively simple and well organized. Once the machine has left our facility, your shipment will be assigned a PRO number. This is the tracking number for your shipment. We will contact you with the tracking information and the website where you will be able to monitor your shipment. We always request an appointment for delivery; generally, the freight company will contact you a few days in advance to set up a scheduled appointment for delivery. For residential delivery, the freight company will provide a lift gate to off-load your product. Large, oversized, or overweight items may not be suitable for lift-gate delivery. In this case, customers can collect the product at the terminal or contact Laguna Tools for further details.
The driver will deliver to curbside only. If you want the machine delivered within your premises, there is an additional charge – one that our customers generally find to be cost-prohibitive. Laguna Tools recommends that customers prepare for the shipment delivery by having the correct equipment and/or additional people to help be ready as needed with the shipment.
Refer to residential delivery. If a lift-gate is not required, please specify this in the comment section of the order.
We carefully select our carriers based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare, customers are asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claims process (if needed).
