All sales and orders are deemed a legal contract between the Customer and Laguna Tools Inc. The Customer accepts the Sale Agreement by making a purchase or placing an order. This sale/agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of California, notwithstanding any conflicts of law principles. Defective merchandise must be returned with an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Laguna Tools. In the event the customer returns any item for an exchange, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Please call customer service (800-234-1976) for authorization.

All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change without notice, at the sole discretion of Laguna Tools.
