At the core of each machine is a high-performance Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) motor delivering constant torque across a full speed range of 60 to 3600 RPM. The DP20 is powered by a robust 1.5 HP motor, while the DX20 elevates performance with a more powerful 2.5 HP motor, giving users the flexibility to choose the ideal machine for their shop and workload.
Experience unparalleled efficiency with the Auto-Start function, which activates the drill press when the quill is lowered and stops it when raised. Achieve perfect, repeatable drilling depth with the electronic depth setting or mechanical depth stop. Safety is paramount with a chuck key holder with a sensor that locks out the Auto-Start function during bit changes. The Auto Reverse function is also a standout feature, exclusively used for tapping to automatically reverse the tap when it reaches the preset depth.
