When I contacted Laguna Tools, Jared Koss prepared a quote and answered many questions about the machine and the process to purchase the machine. Even though I was unsure of when I was going to purchase my machine, Jared reassured me, he would help me when I was ready. When I decided to make my purchase, Jared helped me with all of the details and let me know when the unit was shipped and delivery details.
When the machine arrived, it was unbelievably well packaged.
