Had an excellent experience with Laguna. My salesman Rick was very responsive and helpful with helping me choose the right cnc router for my business. Also the tech department was helpful too. The machine took an extra week to get out of production but well worth it. I had the cnc router up and running and cutting materials the same day. I would definitely recommend Laguna.
