I bought my Laguna Swift 4×8 Vacuum used and was only in service for a couple months. It ran off three phase and Laguna walked me through the process of rewiring it which was an easy process. They were patient with me as I had tons of questions. I would highly recommend their support and the machine.
Updating my review, I can only say good things about the several Laguna Tools I have and their service/support. I am in the process of buying a new CNC router from them and cannot wait for the big upgrade from a Swift to either the Pro or the Maker.
