I got a new IQ Pro ATC. There were some problems with the limit sensor on the X axis. Laguna had several people from several levels of support contact me. After determining that it was not a problem they were going to solve long distance, Laguna sent 2 technicians to me to straighten things out. Within about 1.5 hrs, not only had they repaired the problem with the sensor, they had thoroughly tested every function of the machine, and left everything in perfect working order. Thank you Laguna!
