I bought a Laguna 15/24 lathe about 2 years ago. I’ve been working with that lathe almost every day since. I recently noticed that it seemed like the motor was getting very hot. I contacted Laguna and had a productive back and forth text conversation with them. I must say, it harkened back to the days of great customer service. I could tell this person was knowledgable and that they had the power to solve my problem. It’s sad, but their responsiveness blew me away. It was not at all what I thought might happen. I’ve loved working on my lathe. And I enthusiastically endorse Laguna. Not only has it been a great tool, but it feels great to have a company stand behind what they sell.
