Bought a Laguna EX150 laser machine and it is great as I make a living off of building signs. I had an issue with the Chiller and it was not easy to get a hold of a tech as you have to leave a message and wait a day. However, once the tech called, he worked through my issues and made multiple follow up calls until the problem was solved. This is a solid company with a very nice product. You just have to be patient with technical help but overall, a well-established company that stands behind their product.
