I purchased a new Laguna Revo 2436 lathe and absolutely love it. Thankfully I registered it right away for the warranty. Even though surely I wouldn’t need it. Well… I did, my DRO went bad, within 2 months. A phone call started the process, part was back ordered but I could still use the lathe, just no RPM indicator. it took 2 part shipments, the first one wasn’t set up for my 220 volt lathe and it burned up within moments. Called them, they recognized the problem right away. Expedited a new part, I installed and back in business! 🙂 I love my lathe and love the Laguna service team!!!
