I had a question about pricing – the Laguna website indicated a sale price for a Laguna product I wanted buy none of the online dealers I was referred to offered the discount so I emailed Laguna. Molly, from service actually called me and she solved the problem. A call from an actual human being rather than an email response, that’s incredible. I’m very pleased with Laguna’s service department (as well as my Laguna bandsaw and the 2 speed grinder which, thanks to Molly, I should be receiving at the discounted price, in about a week.)
