Laguna Tool customer service was absolutely fantastic. I recently picked up a new table, saw from them, and in the process of setting the saw up and squaring the blade to the miter slots. I discovered the blade was not cutting at 90°, but in fact, cutting at 89°. I could not get it to go to 90°. In reading the manual, I discovered there were screws inside the cabinet to adjust for this but I could not find them. So I contacted customer service via email and they called me two days later. After a couple of phone calls and emails back-and-forth, we figured it out. They have been fantastic to work with. Travis was a super nice guy and easy to talk to on the phone.
