- Quick Lever Adjustment, patented. Offers a fast method to make dramatic height adjustments. One simple movement of the lever, verses 48 revolutions of the handle to move the sanding drum up or down 3”.
- Automatic Abrasive Tension, patented. Maintains proper tension on abrasive wraps and allows simple and easy changing of abrasive wraps.
- INTELLISAND® Technology; prevents gouging, damaging machine and reduces potential for burning stock. Incorporated with infinitely variable speed settings, 0-10’/min. for the ultimate control of conveyor settings.
- DRO (Digital Readout), incorporated into sander. Very precise adjustments and exact repeatability of thickness are included.
- Turbo Vented Dust Port, increases CFM (air flow) of dust collection by 15%.
- Abrasive Conveyor belt, offers the best grip on wood and similar materials. It also allows short and thin stock to be sanded and a higher level of precision as compared to rubber or soft conveyor belts.
- Self Cooling Drum, prevents overheating, drum distortion and extends abrasive life.
- Tension Roller are adjustable for pressure and contact, preventing snipe and maintaining proper feeding of material.
