The replacement part was received in 4 days and the sander is now running perfectly. We will be purchasing all of our machinery from Laguna Tools and recommending you to our business associates.
If it were possible I would leave a 10 star review. Brian Diaz is awesome. I called over a week ago with a question but wasn't able to get to the phone so he left a message. A week went by and I hadn't had a chance to call him back and to my amazement HE CALLED ME BACK and said that he wanted to know if I still needed help! I have never had a customer service rep call me back like that. He gave me very good info regarding the issue I was having regarding a broken blade and even told me how to inspect the blade to determine the cause of the brake. This is the second time I have called Laguna with a question and they were always able to provide excellent service. PS- I LOVE MY 1412.
I recently purchased a Laguna BX 14 inch 2 1/2 hp bandsaw. I initially had problems with aligning the wheels so the blade tracked properly. I contacted Laguna's customer service and had a great experience working with them. They tried to walk me through some fixes over the phone which did not work at which point they had a carrier pick up the bandsaw and replaced it with a brand new one. They even gave me a brand new replacement blade to make sure it tracked properly. I am extremely pleased with the new saw and can’t speak more highly of Zoey and Travis from customer service who assisted me. Great tool and great customer service I will be a customer for life
I purchased a laser engraver from Laguna. maybe a bit too big for a hobbyist, but no regrets at all. Laguna really knows how to make their equipment and with the assistance of their staff who have been nothing but helpful. (Murphy Lemon) this has been a great learning experience. thank you to Laguna for making such great equipment and their staff to help me on my journey.
Can't say enough about the SmartShop EX 150 Laser that we recently purchased. Lasers can be a little finicky. The machine is great, but the phone support we got from Braden today was far and away the best that I've ever had. Braden was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. Walked me through a lens alignment today and explained it in a way that made sense!
Laguna is a great company with great products, but what makes the difference with lasers (after having owned a few) is the customer service. We'll likely be buying a second 150W laser from you for our growing business in the near future! --Josh co-owner Charming4Creations.com

After several days trying to figure out an issue with my laser one of their techs took less than 30 minutes over phone and emails to fix the problem. Customer service has definitely has improved in three years since first I worked with them. Thanks Murphy for the help!
A phone call early Monday morning by Brian Diaz of Laguna took care of my issue with the 18/36 Revo lathe. He listed to my concerns and recommended a solution. That was really great customer service. Thanks Brian.
