I’ve been trying to get someone from Laguna Customer Service to call me since April 12, 2025 . I know they were moving their parts warehouse to Texas and that could account for some delay. However, they cancelled my order without my knowledge. Finally today, I managed to get a call back and they reordered my part and said it was their mistake. Moving can be difficult but seven weeks to get a part is a bit of a stretch. Despite this delay, Laguna makes excellent tools and I am happy with my lathe.
