Laguna Tools Acquires SuperMax Tools

Irvine, California – September 18th, 2017: Laguna Tools announces it has completed the acquisition of St. Joseph Tools, LLC d/b/a SuperMax Tools^®.

Based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, SuperMax^® designs and sells award winning drum, brush and combo sanders for the woodworking and metalworking industries.
SuperMax^® also sells sander accessories including dust collectors, abrasives and brushes.

Recently SuperMax^® has brought the new 16-32 drum sander to market, a prime example of the value and quality consumers have come to expect from the famed sanding company.

Laguna Tools Dealer Impact

All current terms and conditions will remain intact for Laguna Tools products at this time.

Laguna Tools dealers/customers will continue to use the (949) 474-1200 phone number as point of contact for all Laguna Tools related business.

Laguna Tools and SuperMax^® customers will soon be able to combine their orders as soon as our new east coast distribution center is open. This is expected to be completed prior to year’s end.
