I ordered a bandsaw blade , after not receiving any shipping confirmation I called customer service 20 times and no one answered! Eventually someone answered and told me the order had yet to be fulfilled. I asked to cancel the order and they informed me there would be a 25% restocking fee!!!! THE WORST customer service and policies I’ve ever dealt with. WARNING buy from this company at your own risk, I still don’t know when my $150 blade will show up!!
