I’ve opened 3 tickets. All have been closed without as much as an email or call to me. Only ever got to talk to one person and that was because there was an error and he was calling me about someone elses ticket! When I tell you I have an intermittent problem that destroys a $200 bit and more and more fence material every time it happens (once every 400 to 500 times on a machine) and your responce is “send us a video and open a new ticket”. I may have only spent $15k with you, but I can promise, No one I know, nor myself will spend a penny with you ever again.
