I bought a brand new dust collector and it was broken out of the box. Customer service determined it was a faulty motor and setup to have a replacement motor sent to me.

It’s been over a month now and they tell me the item is still on back order. I told them that they need to replace the whole dust collector then if they can’t get the part for it.

You will end up wasting your money if you buy with this company.
