Having some issues with 19-38 drum sander drive roller shearing off. I was able to get replacement parts very quickly. I explained that it had happened a few times now and was not sure why it kept happening. I called and talked to one of the techs he agreed with what I was doing to get it resolved. They went a step further and arranged for a senior tech to call me and go over the issues to make sure I was doing all I could. Still working on issue but I feel confident it will be resolved. No call was received and missing parts in order.
It’s been 10 days since I ordered parts they shipped some and I received them, but was missing the most important part I need. I called 9 times and left messages nobody ever returned call. I did finally get ahold of a rep she tried to help me told me those missing parts were in South Carolina and were in stock and would be shipped out. No tracking number, no call back tried several more times to call always goes to voice message. I created a ticket no response. I have several Laguna products in our shop I hope I don’t need parts for all of them.
